Kenston Risks Our Children’s Lives

By: Kenston Parent

We pay the highest taxes for education in Geauga County, if not Northeast Ohio!

Kenston school administration gave us a song and dance and put on quite a “pony show” about how they are prepared for the opening of school and how wonderful they are doing managing “COVID”.  When in fact, these idiots just approved OPEN ENROLLMENT.

The school’s enrollment is declining and now…, how are they going to fill all of those empty seats?  They are importing students from high COVID infected areas like Portage and Cuyahoga County.

Can’t be too concerned about COVID if you are fostering an influx from low income, high risk communities.

The Kenston school district is in financial trouble and plan to bail their high administrative backsides out of trouble by ADDING ANOTHER LEVY TO THE BALLOT.

Be careful about making the decision to send your child to school this year, the Kenston administrators and school board  are risking their lives, for a few extra bucks.

  1. “Be careful about making the decision to send your child to school this year, the Kenston administrators and school board are risking their lives, for a few extra bucks.”

I’m not certain I follow your logic on this one. Do Kenston families pay tuition?

  2. 65% of our property taxes go to the schools. That’s pretty easy to understand.

  3. You are not just some teacher, you are scared shitless that your job is on the line. And you are putting your salary before the safety of the children by bringing students into Kenston from highly contagious areas. Is it not ALL about the children? Of course not, that’s “levy” talk.
